2026 Bills Introduced
LB 750: Adjusts reimbursement rates for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
LB 751: Require a formal study to look at how the state reports and investigates cases of missing Black women and children.
LB 752: Shifts $5 million from operations at the McCook Work Ethic Camp that is now being used for a Federal Detention Facility to reintegration programs for incarcerated individuals.
LB 793: Raises minimum coverage for car insurance liability coverage for bodily injury or death & property damage.
LB 852: Allows counties to recapture funding if recipients of turnback tax funds don’t continue operations in that located geography for a minimum of three years.
LB 920: Properly regulates skilled game machines advertising, age verification, and adjust the tax rate.
